I work with teams and businesses to build psychologically safe workplaces and spaces where people can thrive. I’ve hosted speaking engagements for IWD and Black Achievement Month, designed strategies for businesses to address systemic change, helped DEI committees get on their feet, and held events to celebrate belonging and access. Today, this work is more important than ever.
Below are a few ways we can work together.
-
Discrimination, inequity, and exclusion in organisations is largely systemic and structural.
I work to build a strategy tailored to an organisations needs through the following activities:
Org-wide data analysis and audit
Org-wide surveys and focus group discussions
Assessment of individual and organisational factors that impact diversity
Development of micro- and macro-level strategies
Identify organisational practices to support your changing organisation
-
Self-awareness and empathy is the bedrock of this work.
I host workshops for leadership teams, communities, and committees who are looking to empower themselves with knowledge and build empathy with people around them.
Workshop topics include:
Belonging (in and out of work)
Access and accessibility
Understanding how intersectionality manifests in the workplace
